this was my first time experience and cannot fault from start to finish. I am no longer a nervous patient and will be looking forward to my next visit. Great advice given and lovely friendly staff.

I went in complaining about tooth ache and pain, and it's safe to say I was in great hands. Dr Neha was so considerate, kind, and patient as it wasn't the straightforward procedure we were hoping for. But at every step, she took the most considered approach, listened when I was in pain, and took care to make sure I was comfortable at every step. I could not recommend this lovely team more!

I had a skin consultation with Liz to discuss various skin concerns and possible treatments. Liz listened carefully and patiently to my full history and was thoughtful, honest and transparent about what options would and wouldn't work for me, taking the wider picture and my wellbeing into account. In the end, she recommended a treatment that is not available at the clinic, and refunded me the consultation fee. I don't think I've ever received such excellent, honest and generous customer service. Liz is the consummate professional and the person to see for an expert and honest assessment of your skincare needs.

Can't thank these people enough! I had the biggest phobia of going to the dentist and hadn't been for 10 years. I then found lowen and was straight away put at ease. They go above and beyond and I couldnt reccomend them enough. It's only been a day and I've had so many people compliment me on how much whiter my teeth are looking. Please if you are afraid of the dentist give these lovely lot a try because you will come out smiling 🙂 thank you so so much to you all 💗💗
